Consignment Process:
  1. Send photos and equipment descriptions to gavel@thomasauction.com
  2. We will reply to you with our estimated  Auction Value on your equipment.  All bidding is opened at  70% of our estimated Auction Value. We do not place reserve prices on the equipment.
  3. If you are in agreement and would like to proceed, we will send a Consignment Agreement. We charge all consignors a 10% commission and we charge a Buyer's Premium to the buyers.
  4. Once we receive the signed Consignor Agreement back, your items will be listed in the auction.

All buyers located outside of the United States should contact Irina Lekhums (email: irina@thomasauction.com or Phone: 203-458-0709), for bidder approval. A $5,000 refundable deposit may be required.  Bidding priveleges may be denied until the deposit has been received.

Buyer's Premium: 15%

Staggered Closing Times: Lots Have 60-Second Staggered Closing Times.

Auto Extend Bidding: If a bid is submitted with less than 3-minutes remaining, the closing time for that lot will be extended by 3-minutes.

Payment Due In Full:  Friday, February 27, 2015

Payment Types: Certified Check or Wire Transfer

As-Is Where-Is:  All Items Are Sold "As-Is Where-Is" With No Warranty or Guarantee of Operating Condition.  Auctioneer Strongly Recommends That Buyers Inspect Equipment Prior to Bidding.

Removal:  All items must be removed by Wednesday, March 11, 2015.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Removal by appointment only.

Removal Costs: Buyers are fully responsible for all cost to remove their purchases.  Please get removal quotes prior to bidding and bid accordingly. Buyers of the printing presses will have an additional week for removal

Legally Binding Contract:  All bids constitute a legally binding contract and bidders will be legally obligated to make payment and remove items in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale.
