The Man Roland presses will not be included in the auction. If any of the Man Roland presses have not been sold by November 12, 2012 Thomas Industries shall offer to sell the unsold press or presses by soliciting sealed bids from prior or new bidders under the same format utilizing the applicable Purchase Offer and Sales Agreement but subject to reserves (or minimum bid price(s) to be established by TDEF, at its sole discretion. TDEF shall have the right to reject any bid that is less than the applicable minimum reserve amount.
